To arrive from the North: from the A12 Genova – Rosignano motorway, exit at the Rosignano Marittimo tollbooth and continue on the S.S. 1 Variante Aurelia (4-lane SGC), continuing in the direction of Grosseto. After around 25km, take the Donoratico exit. Continue towards Castagneto Carducci, continue beyond the town of Castagneto Carducci for about 7 km. You will find a crossroads where you will turn right towards Sassetta. Before entering the town of Sassetta, you will find on your right a small service station, the Carabinieri barracks and on the left the cemetery, turn left immediately after the cemetery and take Via Lodano. You will also pass near the "Segherie Maremmane" and continuing for about 3.5 - 4 km you will find on your left the indication "Villa Cresci"", take the initially paved road and after about one hundred meters, the second gate on the left that you will find is your destination.

To arrive from the South: arriving from the S.S. 1 Variante Aurelia in the direction of Livorno, exit at Follonica Est, turn right, continuing in the direction of Massa Marittima. After about 1.3 km you will find a roundabout, take the second exit in the direction of Montioni. After 15 km you will find a crossroads where you will have to turn right towards Monterotondo Marittimo. After about 4.5 km you will find a road on your left with indication Sassetta – Canneto, turn and continue. Continue in the direction of Sassetta for another 7 km, after which you will find the indication "Villa Cresci" on your right, take the initially paved road and after about a hundred meters, the second gate on the left that you will find is your destination.
